We recently visited the Global Garden garden center in Zwaanshoek, a green oasis on the west side of the Haarlemmermeer near Haarlem, Heemstede, Hoofddorp, Nieuw Vennep and Hillegom. In terms of weather, we cannot yet speak of a wonderful spring, but if we look at the available range for the garden at Global Garden, it feels wonderfully like spring! This garden center probably has the largest outdoor plant collection in this region, in addition to trees, shrubs and annual summer bloomers, the collection of perennials is also a treat. Feel free to take some time to browse through the collection of trees, because Global Garden has been very well sorted here for years. Don’t get lost, the total area of garden & living inspiration is approximately 80,000 m2! In addition to a large outdoor plants department, you will also find a nice variety outdoors, including garden furniture, BBQs, outdoor pottery, garden tools, etc., pet supplies, everything for birds, home deco and a beautiful collection of houseplants, of course. In the houseplant department you can look for a nice combination with the existing indoor pottery, there is a choice of both large and small and both flowering and green houseplants.
