Betulia, also a beauty outside!

We like to put the Betulia in the spotlight during the summer months, as it is another beauty that can be used indoors as well as in the garden, on the balcony, or the terrace. And because not everyone knows that the Betulia can be a rewarding outdoor plant from mid-May until the first frost, we would like to highlight it once again.

The Betulia boasts numerous positive attributes in terms of ornamental value:
– It is a profusely blooming plant
– The plant branches easily, creating a beautiful bushy appearance
– The colorful flowers contrast nicely with the sturdy green leaves
– Available in five different colors

As mentioned, the applications are wide-ranging.
The Betulia can be placed solo in a pot or basket on the patio table, grouped in a patio pot or flower box, but also planted directly in the border.
The Betulia thrives if it is placed in a spot that does not get full sun for hours; morning or evening sun is perfect.

As a maintenance tip for customers in your store, you can mention that care is limited to keeping the soil in the pot or flower box moderately moist, preferably not letting it dry out too much or stay waterlogged for long periods. Additionally, occasionally remove a spent flower for continuous blooming and provide a little plant food with the watering now and then.

For a beautiful mixed assortment, check out the collection from J. & P. ten Have.
Breeding company Koppe Begonia is meanwhile working on the 6th color in the Betulia assortment, so it’s good to follow both companies!
